At Thorn & Horn, we stand behind every piece we make. If your order is not the right fit, eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including original tags and packaging where applicable.
Final-sale items
Limited Releases and Systemwear drops are final sale. We will make an exception only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or when the incorrect item was shipped.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless Thorn & Horn made an error with the order.
Refunds
Returns are inspected after they arrive. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless Thorn & Horn made an error.
